RETURN & REFUND
Not all items are eligible for returns or refunds. Please check the items specific listing before purchasing.
For items which are returnable, our policy is good for seven days after delivery. After those seven days, our return policy is unavailable.
To be eligible for a return, you must: take a photo of the product in unused condition in its original packaging, and include the new postal tracking number and your order number in an email to email@example.com and your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Sometimes our outsourced products will have the manufacturer's information in the box. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send it to us.
At this time, Omie Wise is unable to offer exchanges. Items that are damaged are eligible for refund.
Stuff happens! If a product arrives damaged, you must send a photo of the damaged product in its original packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of delivery. After three days, we are unable to offer a refund. Once the photos have been inspected and approved, Omie Wise will refund your cost.
